Diversity
Empowering our workforce, irrespective of social divisions, is very important to us. We have programs such as the Skills Acquisition Training, to boost the skills of the women workers who fill our factories. We work constantly to identify and sponsor initiatives that will enrich the lives and enhance the skills of our workforce.
Environmental Consciousness
We want the world to be a better place for the future of our industry and therefore we make it a priority to stay informed and take all steps necessary to have a positive impact on the environment. Our facility in Ivory Coast is equipped with a CNSL plant to recycle cashew nut shells and provide a source of waste free energy. The facility is strategically located to make efficient use of our resources thus minimising our carbon footprint.
